CopperGameTools

CopperGameTools is a piece of software that is designed to easy the development of games using the CopperCube Game Engine where a lot of JavaScript is needed.  CopperGameTools automatically merges multiple JavaScript files into one main file which then can be used for the game.

Project Structure

For a basic project structure you need 2 folders. One to keep the Project file, build executables and the main JavaScript file that will be written by CopperGameTools. Another folder to house the JavaScipt source files.  

Besides the folders, it is also required to have an .cgt file in the root (recommended to keep it in the root folder). This file will contain the configuration CopperGameTools needs.

When running the build command, CopperGameTools will add a function call for Main at the end of the file.

Commands:

Use cgt build / cgt b to build the project using the .cgt-File in the current directory. Optionally you can give a filename to cgt build to tell CopperGameTools to use a specific file.

Use cgt check / cgt c to check the cgt-File in the current directory for syntax errors. Just like for cgt build you can specify a file to check.
